All packages are sent from our store in Ibiza / Spain.

We ship to most location including:
Europe
USA
Canada
Australia
And more...
 

It depends on where you are located.
Normal shipping times are:

Europe: 1 - 2 weeks
USA / Canada: 2 - 3 weeks
Australia: 3 - 4 weeks

Please note that there might be delays during holidays and other high pick post office periods. 

We are using registered post.
You will either receive the package to your door or receive a note to saying that a package is waiting for you at your local post office.
It depends on your local post service.

For Europe Yes!
For a locations outside of Europe, No!

Package tracking is only valid within Europe.
If you are sending your package outside of Europe (USA for example), you won't have tracking data once the package left the international post office in Madrid.

If you are sending a package within Europe you can fully track down your package online by inserting your tracking code at:

If your package didn't arrive within the normal time delivery:
